What’s the best way to submit files to you?
File submittal options:

• The Best Way: Web Upload
• The Next Best Way: Burn your files onto a CD or DVD and we can either pick them up or you can drop them off at our office.
• If You Must: Email your files (smaller than 5 MB) to our customer service representatives at hotjobs@honblue.com.

What file formats do you accept?
Acceptable file formats include PDF, TIF, PLT, and DWF.

Do you provide training for any of your online services?
We do provide in-house training for all of our Online Services.  You can request training information by contacting our sales team at AECsales@honblue.com.

Who should I contact if I need pricing information?
For pricing information, please email your requests to our client service representatives at hotjobs@honblue.com.

Do you provide pickup and delivery services?
We provide pickup and delivery services in Metro-Honolulu within the following timeframe:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
