The Position:
We are looking for someone who likes to solve problems. While this position primarily works with the marketing team building websites, email templates, and supporting the CRM infrastructure; it also involves working with managers throughout the company to creatively solve business problems. This often involves using custom web development to extend the functionality of existing software solutions including building integrations between systems.
The Team:
The Web Developer works as part of a cross-functional team consisting of a Systems Analyst, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Manager. All team members ultimately report to the President although day-to-day activities are managed by the team leader.
Required Knowledge & Skills:

Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and sustain a high degree of accuracy with minimum supervision
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, domain names and DNS
- In-depth knowledge of web servers: IIS, Apache
- Good working knowledge of the following database applications: MSSQL, MySQL, Excel
- Good working knowledge of the following web technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, PHP, ASP.NET
- Good working knowledge of the following graphic layout tools: Adobe CS Suite, Dreamweaver, Flash
- Convert, parse, import, export and manipulate files using various database programs and utilities
- Convert files to and from delimited and Excel files as well as other formats
- Must enjoy working with people to solve technical challenges
- Must be team-oriented and willing to do what is necessary to achieve company goals
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, managers, and clients
- Ability to develop creative systems and procedures
- Ability to keep up with industry change and continually upgrade skills as needed
Education/Training:
BS degree preferred.
Ideal candidates will have a degree or background in Computer Science.
