How Does It Work?
Utilizing eDistribution’s online planroom, you have the ability to electronically send out revised plans and receive updated bids within a matter of hours, all without leaving your desk or picking up the phone.  It’s a true information distribution management system, which facilitates all aspects of the bid process for subcontractors, general contractors and architects.

eDistribution Features:

• Archive your projects and have the ability to restore them if necessary
• View all projects you have the opportunity to bid on within the next seven days
• View addendums issued within the last seven days on all public projects
• View and search all public jobs and easily view low resolution plans, bidders or place an order
• Each public project, addenda release, pre-bid and bid meeting show up on the eDistribution calendar
• For every project listed, view company, contact information, pre-bid and bid information as well as a short description of the project
• eDistribution provides a secure environment for private projects that are encoded and require a password for entry

You have the option of managing eDistribution’s software on your own, or we can do it on your behalf.  Either way, you gain peace of mind knowing that your plans are secure, organized and available to you at all times.
