Building projects last for months, sometimes years.  In the interest of saving you time and money, our Projects On Hold service retains your files, at your request, throughout the duration of the project for convenient re-ordering purposes.  For example, instead of sending us files each time you need a new print set, we’ll store them for you on our secured servers and print them out upon request.  Unlike a DFS Project Portal, you won’t have online access to view or edit files but you can upload new updates.  We simply hold on to the files for you and utilize a print-on-demand system.

Projects On Hold will ensure your files are secure.  We won’t print them out for anyone, including you, without your direct permission.  If you want your files delivered to another location, not a problem, just let us know where and provide authorization for the release of your documents.  If you want to transfer the ownership of files over to someone else, that’s not a problem either but we do need your consent first.  We understand the importance of these files, which is why security is of the utmost importance to us.
