CADMaster Training Philosophy

AutoCAD is one of the most sophisticated software applications
running on personal
computers today. Consequently, learning AutoCAD is not
a simple
undertaking. To make that process easier, we have divided
our AutoCAD Training Programs into logical progressive
units to help you learn AutoCAD’s tools in the
most efficient manner. With continuing integration of
technology in the work place companies will be forced
to address the need for technical training. Companies
may often find themselves unable to maintain their level
of technical proficiency within their departments. As
a result, they look to 3rd party training service providers
to meet this requirement. Instructor-Led training continues
to be the preferred method of delivery for training
services. Businesses both large and small have increased
their focus on this type of training and education for
their employees. Our instructional method focuses on
the learner – the student’s progress and
achievement. In addition to teaching practical AutoCAD
skills, we help students understand the concept of computer
technology. This method increases an individual’s
ability to interact with computers, with less frustration
not only during lessons, but contributing to job performance.

of the newly learned skills in their day-to-day activities.

Convenient Location - Located near downtown Honolulu,
we are easily accessible, no matter where you are located.
If you are driving, you will find free parking available
upon the rooftop of our facility. Facility has the Latest
Technologies - Our classroom contains the latest PC
hardware, software and training aids. We provide you
with everything you need to have a focused and productive
learning experience. Experienced Instructors - All of
our instructors are experienced, seasoned professionals.
They have practical office and CAD experience in an
AEC firm and have prior teaching experience before joining
our staff. This is essential if we are to maintain our
standards and is critical to our students’ ability
to learn. Small Class Size - No more than eight people
are seated in a single class ensuring individualized
attention.
Interactive Training
A critical aspect of all learning is exposure. We
believe that the only way to effectively learn software
is with a hands-on approach. All of our classes are
hands-on with one computer to a student. Focused Curriculum
- Our curriculum focuses on giving our students the
tools they need to perform their job. Drawing on our
expertise in serving the AEC community, our courses
are designed for high retention. All of our courses
use carefully constructed data sets
that mimic the real world application of the software.
This ensures
that students will be immediately productive in the
application of the software to their work. Combined
with continual emphasis on the adoption of the best
industry practices, each student leaves our class ready
to become a more productive member of their office.
