Started in 1994 by father and son team Cameron Healy and Spoon Khalsa, Kona Brewing Company has become one of the widely popular craft beer brands in the world. They outgrew their original brewery years ago and recently built one of the most sustainable breweries in the world, located in Kailua-Kona. With their 30,000-square foot brewery now open, they have an annual capacity of 100,000 barrels and includes a canning line all in one location.

Their design agency and our client, Wall-to-Wall Studios, came to us for options on the best way to bring their vision to life. We were there every step of the way, from the initial planning meetings to virtual weekly meetings to go over updates on scheduling and confirming final substrates and materials during the weeks leading to the installation. Our team even went to Kona for a full day site survey to ensure the materials we were recommending would work in the various locations in the brewery.
