Lonohana came to HONBLUE with newly designed packaging that required precise die-cutting and foil stamping registration across multiple chocolate flavors. With several lots and relatively small quantities of each variety, traditional offset printing wasn't practical or cost-effective. Additionally, color accuracy was critical—each flavor needed its own distinctive color to help it stand out on the shelf while maintaining the brand's premium look.

Our digital J Press provided the perfect answer. This technology delivers offset-quality printing with the flexibility to handle smaller runs and multiple variations efficiently.

- Color Perfection First: We printed actual press proofs on the final paper stock so Lonohana could see exactly how their packaging would look. This allowed them to make adjustments with confidence before committing to the full run.
